Program Staff

Program Staff positions are available throughout the year! Program staff holds the primary responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of activities and programs.  They are expected to help create and maintain a professional environment where the Camp For All mission is carried out through high quality programs.

Program Instructors work in the fall and spring from Wednesday-Sunday with our school groups and weekend camps.  Weekend Program Staff are available throughout the spring and fall season.  They sign up to work which weekends they can.

What are the steps to applying?

Step 1: Complete the application. We will communicate with you through the email address that you provide. Please make sure to give complete information about your references.

Step 2: Once your application has been reviewed, we will be in touch to schedule an interview.  We can do in person or Zoom.

Step 3: We will reach out to your references to complete an automated form. We have to get these back before moving to the next step.

Step 4: A Program Team member will contact you with a final decision.

What does orientation look like?

Camp For All will train program staff to lead multiple activities such as canoes, archery, sports, and more. We offer in-house training for lifeguarding and ropes course.

How many staff members will there be?

Fall and spring weekends typically have ten to fifteen staff members working. Summer staffing numbers are closer to thirty.

What are the benefits of the job?

This is a paid position where food and housing is provided for the times you are working.  There are paid days off, but the number varies depending on the position. Staff members get experience working with diverse demographics and populations.  It is a great place to network with other professionals.

Where do staff members live?

Program staff live separate from campers in retreats that are air-conditioned and have bathrooms inside.  Retreats have four bedrooms with 3 beds per room.  There is a common area with a couch, table, sink, and mini fridge.  The clubhouse is close by, where staff can do laundry.
