The Camp For All Foundation (Camp For All) places a high priority on protecting the confidentiality of all personal information. This policy was established in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of our donors, volunteers, and Camp For All website users.
Our Commitment to Privacy
Camp For All strives to only collect information that is adequate, relevant, and limited to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and to keep all information accurate, complete, and reliable for its intended need.
We will not provide, sell, lease, or exchange personal donor information with anyone outside Camp For All. Specifically, Camp For All will neither provide, sell, lease, or exchange donors’ personal or contact information with any outside persons or organizations, nor will we send any mailings on behalf of other organizations.

We also keep information on events attended; communications received; special requests for program or giving information; and information provided by donors in the form of comments and/or suggestions.
This information is maintained in secure files and held in a database by Bloomerang, a third-party fundraising software that is protected by user identification and passwords. Personal donor information is used to maintain a record of all donations to Camp For All, to acknowledge any gifts made, and to communicate with donors in the future.
Donors’ names will not be shared by Camp For All with any third parties, unless permission has been granted or required under applicable law; to comply with legal process; to respond to requests from public and government authorities; to enforce the terms and conditions of our privacy policy; to protect our operations; to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property; and to enable us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.

Information Obtained Online through the Internet
Camp For All does not collect any personal identifying information from users browsing our website. In addition, we do not use website visitor tracking software for user identification.
When you visit our site via a desktop, mobile device, or tablet, you are doing so anonymously. Camp For All does collect aggregate website use information such as the number of visits per page. Aggregate data is used strictly for internal and marketing purposes to better serve our users’ needs.
We do not store any user information from our website. The only place Camp For All collects individual website user information is when an individual opts into our communications list, which is managed by Bloomerang, a secure, password-protected database.
Camp For All does not use cookies, geo-locating, or other similar technologies to automatically collect certain information from your desktop, mobile device, or tablet.
This privacy policy applies only to information collected by visiting our website directly. If you visit our website through another website or link to another website from the Camp For All website, please carefully review the privacy policies pertaining to those sites. However, any personal information obtained by Camp For All through other sites is treated as if it was gathered on our site and this privacy policy controls use or collection of that information.
Online Giving
Camp For All receives online donations through the internet. Any information provided in connection with web-based donations is passed through a third-party provider, Bloomerang Fundraising.
Credit card information collected by Bloomerang Fundraising undergoes a tokenization process to protect sensitive information by substituting them with a unique, randomly generated identifier. The original sensitive data, such as the credit card number and CV code, are stored separately and securely, and the token is used in its place for processing and transmission.
The information is neither stored by Bloomerang Fundraising nor is it sent to Camp For All. For two of our annual special events, the Houston Gala and the Greater Camp Area Gala, the information is collected through BidPal, and follows the same standards as captured above for Bloomerang Fundraising. The information is only used to perform the transaction and any recurring transactions for which you have agreed.
No Camp For All third-party vendors have permission to access or share email addresses or donor information.
Children’s Privacy
In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Camp For All will never knowingly request or solicit personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such personal information without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as is practical.
