Brian Frazier joined Camp For All as Chief Operating Officer in June 2025. In this capacity, Brian is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of short- and long-term strategies to drive continued growth for Camp For All, including the number of campers who come to Camp. Camp For All has the ability to serve nearly 9,000 campers per year and since opening its gates in 1998 more than 190,000 children and adults have participated.
Brian is a purpose-driven leader with more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and more than 20 years of experience in management roles in engineering, project management, finance, and large-scale nonprofit operations.
Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Team World Vision, where he mobilized fundraisers to support the world’s largest non-governmental provider of clean water and expand the organization’s impact. Brian also held leadership positions of increasing responsibility during his tenure at World Vision, including Operations Director for Ministry Partnerships, Global Savings Director, and Manager of Policy and Standardization. Prior to his work with World Vision, he was Head of Operations at Ujjivan Financial Services, one of India’s largest microfinance banks, and began his career as an Equipment and Reliability Engineer at Marathon Oil.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
