Camp For All Chappell Hill

More Campers, More Magic, and Even More Lives Transformed Beginning Summer 2027

Your Gift will Help Us Blaze the Final Steps of the Trail!

Since 1998, Camp For All has transformed the world for children and adults with challenging illnesses, disabilities, or special needs at Camp For All Burton. With your support, nearly 200,000 campers have found hope, grown in self-confidence, and realized they weren’t alone.

Today, more people than ever need a barrier-free Camp. To meet that need, we will open Camp For All Chappell Hill in summer 2027, DOUBLING the number of campers we can serve each year. We ask you to join with us to blaze a trail for our special campers.

If you’re inspired to help bring Camp For All Chappell Hill to life and blaze the final steps of the trail for future generations of campers, please contact

With Camp For All Chappell Hill, we’ll welcome thousands more campers each year to experience a Camp where they are celebrated for who they are and not defined by their challenges. Every cabin, facility, trail, and activity at Camp For All Chappell Hill is being developed for accessibility and adventure, ensuring that our campers, regardless of ability, can discover what they can do, not what they can’t.

Built Without Barriers

Camp For All Chappell Hill was created with the same thoughtful, inclusive approach that has made Camp For All Burton a model for barrier-free Camp design. Every detail was shaped by listening to campers, families, Partners, donors, volunteers, staff members, medical professionals, and accessibility experts.

This collaborative process ensures that every space and activity is fully inclusive so campers of all abilities can experience independence and adventure without limits.

Blazing New Trails Together

Our Blazing New Trails Capital Campaign set a goal of raising $61.3 million for Camp For All Chappell Hill, including design, construction, and start-up operational costs. Thanks to our donors’ incredible generosity, we’re 95% of the way toward making our dream of a second barrier-free Camp in Chappell Hill a reality.

From Three Visionaries to a Community

In 1993, Dr. Paul Gerson, Dr. Robert Zeller, and Larry Neuhaus came together with a dream that would change lives forever. Paul and Robert cared for children with needs, and Larry lost his child to cancer. They shared a powerful belief that every child and adult, regardless of illness or disability, deserved the chance to go to Camp. Five years later, in 1998, Camp For All opened its gates.

Today, their vision continues to inspire everything we do.

“From the very beginning, Bob, Larry, and I dreamed of creating a place where discovering life was possible and challenges would never define potential. That dream became Camp For All, and today it flourishes in Burton because of the generosity, support, and dedication of countless people who believed in our mission,” said Dr. Gerson.

“Every day, we see that dream come alive in the laughter, courage, and joy of our campers and their loved ones. And soon, with Camp For All Chappell Hill, that same spirit of discovery will transform even more lives,” he added.
