Camp For All is excited to announce our first-ever “individual sign up” family camping experience! Until now, campers have only been able to experience Camp through our 65+ Camp For All Partners. This fall, the magic of Camp For All will now be directly available to your family, as well!

Come out for a refreshing and rejuvenating few days full of fun, family activities such as hiking, canoeing, swimming, campfires, and more. Booking a getaway at Camp For Y’All helps ensure that children and adults with challenging illnesses and special needs will continue to experience the barrier-free thrill of Camp year-round. Camping Safely

In compliance with the CDC Guidelines, we will be checking temperatures, sanitizing vigilantly,  maintaining physical distancing guidelines and enforcing masks in any setting that is not exclusively the cabin group. All activities and dining will be done only with your cabin group.

Prices are based on a family group of 4. Each additional person after 4 is $150 each.

The maximum number of guests per cabin is 15. Once a cabin has reached 8 guests, they will be charged the rate of an additional cabin.

Price includes cabin rental, activities and six meals per two night stay.

FAQ

What defines a family?

You do not have to be related to be considered a family. “Family” for the purposes of attending Camp For Y’All are persons that will be sharing a cabin and only interacting with that cabin group for the duration of the stay.

Is there a maximum number of people allowed to stay in one cabin?

Yes. A maximum of 15 guests will be allowed per cabin. There are 15 twin beds, 3 of which are bunk beds. Each additional person after the first 4, will be charged $150 per person on top of the original cabin rate. Once a cabin has reached 8 guests, they will be charged the rate of an additional cabin.

Are there age limitations on coming to Camp For All?

There is no minimum age to attend Camp For Y’All and stay in a cabin. Different activities however, do have minimum age limitations to participate.

  • The Tower – must be 6 or older
  • Horses – any age
  • Archery – must be 6 or older
Do children of all ages count as a person in the cabin? Or are infants free?

Children 4 and up count as a person in the cabin. Ages 3 and under will be free.

Do we need to bring anything ourselves?

Yes. You will need to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, toiletries, towels and water bottles.

What are the check in and check out times?

Check-in is between 4p.m. – 8p.m. Check out is 1pm.

Will we receive keys to our cabin?

No. Cabins don’t lock and Camp For All is not responsible for lost or stolen items. There are no safes in the cabins.

Will Wi-Fi be available?

In limited capacity, yes. There is limited Wi-Fi connectivity available in common gathering areas such as the Dining Hall. Please do not expect to have Wi-Fi access in cabins or during activities.

Are two separate cabins allowed to participate in an activity together?

Yes, if you request it. However, masks and physical distancing guidelines are recommended.  

Will there be free time throughout the day? How much?

Most of your stay will be free time to use as you choose. You will have mealtimes and at least two activities depending on the package you sign up for with each activity lasting about an hour. There will be no childcare provided.

Can we bring a cooler to store our own beverages or food?

Absolutely! We encourage you to do so.

Should I bring my own water bottle?

Yes, please do! Water bottles will be available in the Camp Store, if needed.

Can families bring their own things? Ex: bikes, picnic materials, chalk, etc.?

Yes, depending on the item. Please contact Kurt Podeszwa at 979-289-3752 to ask about bringing specific items/equipment.

Are pets allowed?

No. Please leave all pets at home.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, alcohol is allowed in cabins and at campfires for those 21 years of age and older. All alcohol is BYOB and must be consumed from a non-breakable container. Please note you are not allowed to participate in any activities after consuming alcohol.

**Saddlehorn Winery, an award-winning winery that is located on the way to Camp, is offering wine packages available for pre-order and pick-up. All customers staying at Camp For All will have 30% of their purchase donated back to Camp For All. Please visit saddlehornwinery.com for wine selections and either order and pay when you arrive or call 979-289-3858 to place your order.

Hours are Thursday – Monday: 11AM – 6PM. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Is smoking allowed?

There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on the Camp For All property.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund within 24 hours of making reservation. You will receive 75% back up until 72 hours before your stay. There will be no refunds within 72 hours of your stay.
